These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions related to the supply and export of agricultural products. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Product Quality & Standards

All products are sourced, processed, and supplied in accordance with applicable industry and international export standards. Natural variations in size, color, and appearance may occur due to agricultural characteristics.

2. Pricing

All prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations, product availability, and order volume. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed without receipt of the advance payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on product specifications, quantity, pricing, delivery terms, and receipt of the advance payment. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled without prior approval.

5. Packaging & Handling

All goods are packed using export-grade materials to ensure protection, hygiene, and compliance with international standards. Customized packaging may be provided based on buyer requirements.

6. Delivery & Shipment

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, port conditions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances. The seller shall not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

7. Risk & Liability

Risk transfers to the buyer as per agreed shipping terms (FOB/CIF/EXW). Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. The seller is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Claims & Disputes

Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be submitted in writing within a specified time after delivery, supported by valid documentation. Claims are subject to verification and mutual resolution.

9. Compliance & Regulations

All products comply with applicable export regulations and food safety standards. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations in the destination country.

10. Force Majeure

The seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

11. Amendments

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified without prior notice. The latest version will be applicable to all transactions.

12. Governing Law

All transactions shall be governed by applicable laws and mutually agreed jurisdiction.
